I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

In the event you've received your order with a missing sample, we will require you to email us your order number to dynamicsportsgear@gmail.com and our customer service officer will attend to you to find out more before a decision is made to re-send the missing sample to you at no cost, subject to availability.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

In the event that you've received a faulty item, we will require photo proof of the wrongly sent sample and order number, after reviewing, we'll re-send the correct sample to you at no cost, subject to availability.

Will you refund the shipping charges on my package?

In the case that you would like to return an item, and the reason is not a result of a Dynamic Sports Gear error, the cost of return shipping will be covered by you.

Why is the website product code different to my delivery note?

The product code on your delivery note is unique to the size and color combination of your item. This may vary from the general code found on the item page.

Don't worry, the product code on your delivery note is the one you need to use if you are querying or returning something.

Can I cancel my order?

 If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.



Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?

Dynamic Sports Gear is a popular spot and gets lots of shoppers at a time. If you receive such email please let us know and we'll make sure to restock the item and fulfill your order.

Do you offer a wholesale discount for bulk buying?

Unfortunately, we do not currently sell wholesale nor do we authorize the resale of our products. Thank you for your interest!



What is your return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Can I exchange my item?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.

When can I expect my refund?

We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please Contact Us with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will check this out for you.
